Elisha Kane Scrapbook: Elisha Kane autograph dated July 1818, “Annotated by General Kane,” spine reads “Tutus in Undis,” contains 4 sections: excerpts from Stiles’ History of Regicides, excerpts from Hutchinson’s History of Massachusetts, excerpts from Allen’s Biographical Dictionary, entire printed text of Memoir, Read Before The Historical Society of the State of New-York, 31st December, 1816, by Egbert Benson (New York: William A. Mercein, 1817). Dated 1817-1818.

Invitation to Miss Elizabeth Kane’s wedding to Edward Norris, to take place April 15, 1891, includes envelope, date of production not identified.

“A sketch designed to estimate the cost of the cattle on hand at breaking up of the partnership,” partnership of Joseph Pemberton and Abraham Kintzing, dated June 1777.

Financial records, record of bills, expenses, etc., mentions “Father’s estate,” and “bills since Mother’s death,” dated 1835.

Empty envelope, addressed to Florence B. Kane at Chestnut Hall, Philadelphia, in handwriting of George R. Foulke, postmarked from West Chester, dated July 13, 1889.

George R. and Jean Kane Foulke note that says, “With love from George and Jean and little George,” leaf enclosed, dated January 25, 1890.

Telegraph, from George R. Foulke, West Chester, Pennsylvania, to Florence B. Kane, telling her that both Jean and the “boy” are doing well, includes envelope, dated 1889.
